Re: Reaction Speed Exercises?

Dear Dean,
I have studied martial arts myself. I can make an argument for any of the basic Brain Gym(R) exercises and much of the more advanced Brain Gym work helping to improve your reaction time. As I have mentioned before notice which ones you are drawn to that seem to make a difference in any area. When you improve efficiency in any/all sensory/processing areas and increase integration of them all, you will improve your reaction time.
Best Wishes,
Dave Saunders
