I read the chapter in Smart Moves about hydration and then searched the internet as I was certain I had heard that the diuretic properties of caffeine had been disputed. Sure enough there is a lot of opinion from studies completed after Smart Moves was published that contradict the info on pg 155. Can you help clear the fog please?
