Hi Dave, I have been doing brain gym now for over six months. I have noticed some interesting changes in regards to my mental ability. They are as follows:
- Significant increase in being able to control my emotions
- Significant increase in consistancy of hand-eye coordination
- Very significant increase in all areas of memory (started to decrease back to normal because of high stress levels)
- Very significant increase in processing information (started to decrease back to normal because of high stress levels)
- Very significant increase in attention and comprehension (started to decrease back to normal because of high stress levels)
As of a few days ago, I have resumed my regular exercise and sugar free diet in order to reduce my stress levels, as when I started brain gym, it had already been 5-6 months since I had performed regular exercise (5 days a week).
I started experiencing high levels of stress because of a poor diet and stressful situations within my family circle.
